1.5 cups CARBQUICK flour

1/2 cup hot tap water

Mix until blended, then kneed dough 2-3 minutes

Roll out into 12” pizza

Brush with olive oil, bake crust @ 450 for 5 minutes

Add toppings

Sauce (I use Rao’s pizza sauce)

Mozzarella (fresh shredded)

Fresh mozzarella chunks/balls

Jimmy Dean hot sausage

Pepperoni

Banana peppers

drizzle 1 clove minced garlic in 1-2 tbsp olive oil over pizza

Bake for an additional 10 minutes, broil the last minute or two to brown cheese

Top with fresh basil and drizzle with WHOLESOME YUM KETO HONEY

Serve with red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese
